1. Returns Process
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Returns without an RA# will not be processed.
Step 3: Pack the items securely in their original packaging and send them back to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Certain products, such as customized or personalized items, gift cards, and digital downloads, are non-returnable.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note:
- Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- We will issue a full refund for the item(s) minus any shipping costs, if applicable.
- In the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please return the original item within the return window and place a new order for the item you wish to exchange it for. We do not offer direct exchanges, but we’ll gladly assist you in returning the item and getting the new one.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@modernciteino.com or call (215) 758-2726. We will request photos of the damage and arrange for a return shipping label at no additional cost. Once the item is returned, we will either refund the purchase price or send a replacement, based on your preference.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads
- Sale items or clearance items (unless defective)
- Opened audio, video, or software products for hygiene or safety reasons.
7. Shipping Charges
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
- Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless we made an error with your order.
